Staff and Leadership

YSO Executive Committee

The Yale Symphony Orchestra’s student executive committee works with the Director and Manager to help shape the orchestra’s community and mission. The students on the committee facilitate orchestra member’s ideas and input, and manage their own position responsibilities. This year’s board consists of President (Tobias Liu), Secretary (Eleanor Ohm), Publicity Officers (Helen Qi and David Stolyarov), Social/Activities Officers (Sasha Tarassenko and Emily Zhang), Programming Officer (Jacob Leshnower), Community Engagement Officers (Jasmine Chen, Naomi Main and Nate Strothkamp) and Tour Liaison (Eric Zhang).

Librarians

YSO Librarians are critical workers, making sure each orchestra member has the music they need for each rehearsal, and that it has been prepared in advance of each concert cycle with the bowings, edits and markings needed to hold a seamless rehearsal. This years’ librarians are Gloria Baek, Jasmine Chen and Ella Saputra.

Stage Crew

Our stage crew works to make sure all of our concerts, rehearsals, and sectionals are set up and struck. This year’s crew are Amber Sun, Eric Zhang, Lee Dufallo, Grady Flinn, and Eugene Lee.
